Fantastic job and much better value than the big names. Phoned ACR carpets after getting a quote from a carpet shop and definately did not regret it. Alistair came at a time that suited us and helped us decide the type of carpet due to our needs. He gave us a quote when promised and turned out to be much better price than the brand shop. And also got a higher spec carpet and laminate. Arranged very quickly when to come to fit at a time that suited us. When he came to do it he got the old carpet up which the brand shop would not offer and stacked it tidily. The laying of the carpet was done quickly to a very high standard and we are very very happy with the result and would use him every time and reccomend him to anyone!

“GOOD QUALITY INSTALLATION”
We’ve recently had a loft conversion finished and needed carpets. Having trawled though the usual carpet shops and confident that we were being ripped off (even with the 50% discount sales pitch etc!) we decided to look for a local supplier. Saw the add in our local Abington rag and gave Alistair a call. Fantasic, friendly service and good quality installation. We’ve since used ACR again for a bedroom and would thoroughly recommend Alistair without hesitation.

This is the second time I have used ACR and was once again very impressed. I live overseas but visit Northampton to see my mother and we did some work on her home once more. I contacted Alistair by email and he is always very prompt in his responses and went out of his way to make sure he could do the job within my narrow timeframe. My budget was a little tighter this time and that was no problem for him to assist with either – we found products that worked great within my price range – my mother was very happy! Alistair epitomises what I call the three “p’s” – punctual, personable and professional. He shows up for his appointments on time, and does wonderful work, always a smile on his face. A rarity today. I would heartily recommend him to anyone looking for flooring and quality work way above the average.

“I was recommended to ACR Carpets by my sister who had seen the work that Alistair had done in someone else’s home. She said he had done a fabulous job and suggested that i give him a call for a quote. He telephoned exactly when he said he was going to and called to measure up and quote almost straight away (on a Sunday morning!). We agreed a price and a time to fit. Alistair was aware i was going to get two or three other quotes and he put me under no pressure at all to go with his.
